Chef Reuben Riley is the founder and culinary force behind Brickyard BBQ & Bar, established in 2000 in South Etobicoke, Toronto, Canada, is a traditional smokehouse offering a lively dining experience. Known for its signature dishes like double-smoked pork and beef ribs, jerk riblets, grilled chicken, and big cheese nachos, it also serves 12 beers on tap, crafted cocktails, wine, and premium spirits.
